The personnel of PT. TITIS SAMPURNA are the companys major assets. Of its current 420 employees, around 40.63% are university graduates, selected on the basis of their ability to think logically.

The majority is aged between 25 and 35 years of age and is strongly motivated

Continuing training for all staffs is conducted both within and outside Indonesia. In the year 2000 alone, some 16 staff members were involved in external training course, both in Houston (Gas Processing and trading), France (refinery maintenance), and Germany (pipeline risk assessment)
